Attendance Policy
Our pediatric therapists will work with you to develop a schedule that fits your family’s needs, but our primary goal is to ensure your child receives the therapy they need to blossom.
If you cannot make your child’s scheduled therapy appointment, please call us at (203) 828-6790 as soon as possible to cancel. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Missing multiple appointments can delay your child’s success in therapy. Sticking to the schedule recommended by your child’s therapist is the best way to ensure your child makes consistent progress. If you need to change your child’s treatment schedule, let us know and we will work with you to rearrange your standing appointment time.
Billing Information
Payments are due at the time of service. Bring your insurance information to your first appointment to avoid delays in processing your benefits!
